7845266279I have looked this number up in White pages and it is a VOIP number which means it's not even a valid number. These people will use any means possible to scam. I have blocked it. No doubt they will use another number soon.Guest52015-12-14 17:17:34

7842707003Had a call from this number on Thursday 1/9/14.  One of several strange numbers calling my house after my credit card was compromised.  I'm guessing that there is a connection with the credit card info.Lynn42015-12-15 23:34:45
7844540337Mr. White called from 876 408 9818 and said that he has some checks for me. 876-854-6925 is the number he asked me to call. Both numbers located in Jamaica, and I have no business, friends or family there... Calls from Jamaica coming for a while now, apparently there's nothing one can do except to ignore them. Recently I've got two calls from US numbers. Both tried to verify my name and address. One claimed to be from AmeriChoice, the other from Total Gym.... Beware and watch out..Guest82015-12-16 10:07:50
7845293330Robo Call - just block these on your phone so the ringer never bothers you again. And no, it's not the Publisher's Clearinghouse to say you won the Grand Prize. :)Guest52015-12-16 11:02:08
7842171631Just had a call from this number of 9054246886 and I screened the call to let it go to my voicemail they did not leave a message so I am suspecting that it is another one of those telemarketers that persist on calling every day.jc62015-12-16 13:55:53
7845304407Caller -from New York City, with Maryland phone number-actually said he doesn't have to remove my number. I blew up the number with text-to-landline which seems to abate callsGuest42015-12-18 03:48:27
7841357085Many phone companies still divide area codes into local calling areas. So if the number is not in your local calling area even though it has the same area code, you will need to dial "1" to call it.Jean82015-12-18 15:30:59

7840002258Caller ID said "conklin's corner" (a store in central PA with penn state items per on-line search) and the number is a fax number.  Could this be a political "get out the vote" call?reynolds51632016-02-05 08:28:29
7840002262They called my home and asked for my ex husband. How they got my new number when it's not even in my name I'll never know. When I tried to reach them my first question was "What is the name of your company" and they hung up. They hung up on me 6 more times before "Vanessa" finally answered and refused to give me the name of the business. This is not a legitimate business..please beware!Guest62016-02-05 08:28:35

7845289349LOL kelly larocca is on linkedin as an independant legal services rep in New York....about 1000miles from me. She call's my work constantly....I wonder is she would like it if I were to get her information of the web (ie via spokeo) and start calling her constantly. And btw if you read this "Kelly"....go ahead and sue me....see how that works out for you. Did you know that each of those times you called my work, I had you on speaker phone with witnesses to the fact that I told you not to call? Did you know that I can't sue you for $1000.00 for each instance you called after I told you to stop?So...good luck with all!JC32016-02-05 08:32:43
7845289351This number has called my cell phone repeatedly but never responds when the call is answered. I've also called the number back, and I get the following message "This number is no longer a working number". This is within minutes of receiving the incoming call.Guest52016-02-05 08:32:47
7845289353Calls repeatedly, when it goes to voicemail-they don't leave any message, just hang up and call again. I get clusters of repeated missed calls with same time showing on when call came through.Guest42016-02-05 08:32:50
7845289354We have been receiving calls from this company for months now.  We are listed with the Do Not Call Registry.  I have attempted to find a number for this company that was NOT a fax line, and apparently the company only lists fax lines as its company numbers, so there is no way to contact them to tell them to stop calling.  I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry as well as the FCC, and I received a letter from the FCC telling me that, according to my filed report, there was no violations and no investigation would be conducted.  So, this company continues to harass my family, and there is nothing I can do about it.MS72016-02-05 08:32:52
7845809245Received call on my cell.  It was "Tracy from the insurance department."  Apparently rates are low these days.  It was a recording.  I get a call similar to this every week or so.Chad32016-02-15 19:36:39
7844094796This Caller left 57 message`s. 5 that threaten bodily harm, and many that were racial slurs. We had to send everyone home today as is procedure when there are threats. The person was very drunk.  They recieved 1 postcard from us and went on a 57 call rant. We are putting the 57 calls on CD and waiting for our phone bill. We are then going to mail to the person asking he pay the phone bill, and 22 people`s pay for the day we had to send them home or we send the CD with threats to the local MT police department. Enough is Enough. Since this caller is probley a person that does this alot to various different company`s so we thought there should be a record of department42016-02-15 20:58:01
7842356598How can I verify whether or not a debt collector is legitimate? Here are a few warning signs that could signal a debt collection scam:The debt collector threatens you. Legitimate debt collectors probably won't claim that they'll have you arrested or claim that they or their employees are law enforcement officers. The debt collector refuses to give you information about your debt or is trying to collect a debt you do not recognize. You have certain rights to ask a debt collector to verify the debt. You can use this sample letter to request this information. Ask for an explanation in writing before you pay.The debt collector refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number. The debt collector asks you for sensitive personal financial information. You should never provide anyone with your personal financial information unless you are sure they're legitimate. If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:Ask the caller for his or her name, company, street address, telephone number, and professional license number. Many states require debt collectors to be licensed. Check the information the caller provides you with your state officials, or the state in which the debt collector holds a license. If the caller refuses or is unable to provide you with information about his company, or if you can’t verify the information he provides, do not give money to the caller or company.Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." This notice must include:The amount of the debtThe name of the creditor you oweA description of certain rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices ActIf a caller refuses to give you all of this information, consider requesting this information in writing or seeking assistance before paying the debt to make sure the debt, and the company, are valid.Tip: You can consider sending the collector a letter requesting the information by using one of the CFPB's sample letters. You can also submit a complaint to the CFPB or you can contact your state Attorney General’s office.Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know the company or person you are talking with is a real debt collector. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft such as:Charging your existing credit cardsOpening new credit card or checking accountsWriting fraudulent checksTaking out loans in your nameContact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate – but you think the collector may not be – contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.Report the call. Submit a complaint with the CFPB or get in touch with your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers.Stop speaking with the caller. If nothing else works and you believe the calls are fraudulent, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files.Tip: You can use this sample letter to write a letter demanding the debt collector stop contacting you. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.Tip: If you're having trouble with debt collection, you can submit a complaint with the CFPB online or by calling (855) 411-CFPB (2372). 09:19:07
